High density structural bioPUR materials

KLIMA-PUR® is our first CE marked and PassivHaus certified product and the new top class of energy-saving framing material for windows and doors, employing bioPUR foam as single structural and functional material, thus acting as a thermal, acoustic and moisture barrier.

CircuPlank is a new flooring and cladding plank made from a composite material, providing advantages related to installation, durability, weathering resistance and mechanical behavior due to the exceptional properties of bioPUR, as well as a low C-Footprint material (60-70% biobased and up to 20% recycled content).

Low density insulating bioPUR foams

bioPUR foams are 65-75% biosourced materials with lower C-Footprint that replace 100% fossil based polyurethane applications for insulation and other markets. They can be injected, sprayed or used as panels.

SAFE-PUR® foams are newly developed PUR insulating foams with highly improved passive fire safety with reduced flammability, lower fire propagation (main causes of fire damages), as well as avoiding the emission toxic smokes (main cause of human deaths).

The goal of bio-PUR and SAFE-PUR foams is to reduce more than 50% the energy consumption of buildings and houses while increasing the fire safety.
